The second half of class focuses on weight training using dumbbells of all sizes and weights. This portion of the class focuses on sculpting the body and shaping your muscles into the firm, strong and healthy look that you desire, starting with light weights and high reps to define your muscles and finishing with heavier weights to build muscles and strength!
